We’ve allowed self-consciousness and others’ opinions to drive our words.
Some of us have even allowed our feelings about writing to get in the way of expressing ourselves.
Writing is a tool.

- Remember that if you find it difficult to be honest on the page.
You have the power.
Writing is the tool for you to facilitate that.
It doesn’t matter what you’re revealing (or not revealing).
You are the writer, therefore the power is in your mind, your hand, your thoughts.
